Sonya in administration is always friendly and has a high level of communication. Tavis and his team of tradespeople are always timely in attending properties, provide detailed reports, quotes and invoices and photos where needed, and are happy to answer any questions I may have or my clients may have. AYM’s prices are affordable and reasonable, I receive excellent feedback from tenants after works have been completed, and the one call out fee to send both an electrician and a plumber makes my job so much easier.
